About Elsa
My name is Elsa, and I’m the founder of Ongizatea. After 5 years working as a jurist in international law for the United Nations and other international organizations, and having 4 children, I decided to embark on a new journey with Pilates & Yoga to heal body and mind.
I trained in Switzerland with Swiss Pilates Yoga, and worked as a sports coordinator in the clinic "Centre de Santé La Ligniere" in Switzerland, helping people overcome a wide range of physical challenges.
I’ve been living in Luxembourg for 4 years now, and I’m here to guide you on your own wellness journey using a therapeutic approach to Pilates & Yoga.
I’d be delighted to discuss your needs or any specific concerns you may have and to explain my therapeutic approach in more detail. Please feel free to reach out to me at +352 621 685 030.
With Love,
Elsa

Her sessions, enriched by a wide range of instruments, offer a unique multisensory experience. Clarance also gently supports pregnant women throughout their maternity journey.
What does Ongizatea mean?
Ongizatea simply means well-being in Basque. Having recently arrived in Luxembourg and wanting to echo our origins from the southwest of France, we challenge you to pronounce the name correctly!
What is the first meeting?
The first meeting lasts 50 minutes: a Health Questionnaire will be established, and adapted physical tests will be set up to get to know you better and to support you in your practice in the most personalized way possible. It is recommended but not mandatory.
What makes us different?
We have advanced expertise in Therapeutic Pilates & Yoga. Our guidance is personalized, taking into account each individual as a whole in order to provide a tailored and unique Pilates and Yoga experience to everyone. Our team takes the time to stay informed about the latest developments and undergoes regular training.
Why don't you offer a first free class?
Each hour of class is the result of years of work and prior preparation. We offer regular sessions and guarantee the quality of the work and the consideration of each individual in all our Pilates and Yoga classes.
